100% Commissions Program Details

• Everyone is eligible for this 100% commission program, there are no minimum sales required. The 1 month period is run on "ClickBank Time". 1 Month = March 1st to March 31st, September 1st to September 31st etc.
• You may use multiple ClickBank IDs. However you must provide solid proof that you own every ID. Affiliates need to provide us with 2 emails (if needed). 1 email is for the PayPal address that needs to be funded and the second email is the email address used when you have signed up for ClickBank. Please note that every application to the program will be validated with ClickBank.
• All bonus payouts must be claimed within 7 days of the following month, failing which you will lose the bonus for the previous month.
• When sending us your affiliate information please write in the subject line "Show Me The Money!" so that we are aware that you are applying for our 100% commissions program. Also please make sure to specify what vendor id(s) you will be promoting. Send your email to contact@profitpal.com
• The 25% additional commission will be paid to you directly by us. The remaining 75% will be paid by ClickBank and is subjected to their standard terms and conditions which already known to you as a ClickBank affiliate.
• All payments will be made in US dollars
• We will not pay you any amounts for activities deemed to be fraudulent or criminal in our discretion
• This program applies individually to each ClickBank ID
• Refunded sales and charge backs do not count towards your total sales count.
• Only sales from the following vendor ID's will be credited:

• Back end sales and discount sales do not count towards the total sales count. For example, only item 1 sales will count.
• Bonus payouts will be paid at the second Wednesday of every month for the previous month. Contact us on the 1st of every month for your bonus.
• Bonus payout's will only be paid via PayPal if the amount is below $5000.00
• We shall hereby deduct from the bonus payments and establish a reserve account (the "Reserve Account") to ensure that we recover any liabilities owed to us or reasonably anticipated to be owed to us by you with respect of actual and/or potential post-termination Refunds, post-termination Chargeback, post-termination fees, and charges, indemnifications and expenses due or anticipated to be due to us. The amount of the Reserve Account shall be no less than twenty percent (20%) of the monthly bonus payment owed to you and released at the expiration of a 3 month period.
  
  For example: For the bonuses acquired for the month of January you will be paid on the second Wednesday of the month of February less a 20% reserve which will be paid on the second Wednesday of April
• In addition we will also retain a 10% reserve as part of our own obligation towards ClickBank, namely the fact that ClickBank retains from us a 10% reserve for each sale. This additional 10% will be released according to the same 3 month schedule seen above.
• This bonus payment program is valid from March 1st 2010 and will last until August 31st 2010. We reserve the right to cancel, at our sole discretion and at anytime, this bonus payment program.
• This Agreement and the obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, excluding any conflicts of law dispositions.
  
  Each party agrees (i) that any dispute, including but not limited to any difference, claim, counter-claim, controversy, action or proceeding relating to this Agreement shall be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas located in the city of Nassau, and for that purpose now irrevocably and unconditionally attorns and submits to the jurisdiction of such court; (ii) not to oppose any such action or proceeding on the basis of forum non conveniens or for any other reason; and (iii) not to oppose the enforcement against it in any other jurisdiction of any Order duly obtained from such court as contemplated by this section.
